# Can I stake my $THINK tokens?

Yes, there will be at least two staking initiatives:

**Standard Staking**

* Open to all $THINK holders
* Monthly emissions are distributed proportionally to all participants
* No lock-up period
* Stake or unstake anytime

**Full Stake**

* 90-day reward period
* Fixed reward amount for eligible participants
* Must stake your full claim within the first 14 days after TGE to qualify
* If you received a 10,000 $THINK bonus, it will be auto-staked in Full Stake
* You **can** withdraw at any time, but doing so will forfeit your rewards, which will be redistributed to others in the pool
* Full Stake participants also earn Standard Staking rewards during the 90-day period
